Lucy Dreams
Lucy Dreams is a simple database created in Access®.
The practice of learning
lucid dreaming
could be performed using a normal log record: the advantage of using an application
isn't about the process of data entry, but in the later stage, when stored dreams are analyzed to find the so-called
dream indicators, which in general will depend by the subject.
Everyone has his own dream indicators, which should be discovered and recognized to make possible, in a second stage,
to practice with the advanced exercises enabling the activation of lucid dreaming.
The principles used to build the application are strictly scientific and based on the work of
Stephen LaBerge,
a researcher at Stanford University that in the '80s who devised a way to communicate with
dreamers during the experience of lucid dreaming.
