8. Decorating graphs: axes

Axes are created by the corresponding scale elements (see previous example).

Remark: the syntax and keyword of the axes elements has been reworked when moving from the D3 3.x
version to D3 4.0 version, so be careful about which D3 version you are using when playing with axes.
